I have no idea what that means. At least I get to meet them and not just guard the bathrooms! haha

This is so embarassing. It's been a week since I found out I won the sneakers. But I haven't receive any calls. Did they forget? Or lost my contact? I was getting worried. So I actually called the gym to follow-up.

The gym manager laughed and said they are still coordinating with Adidas and will get back to me.

Don't you think I'm so shameless? I bet the lady feels the same way. *SIGH*

P.S. But don't worry. I'll only do this for free shoes.

JP told us Baby Dylan is having his first soccer lesson today.

If it works out, he can potentially be the next Beckham then JP & Freda can retire early!

PS: After that, Dylan can go into the entertainment industry.

I do cry when I attend funerals. I do feel sad knowing they are no longer with us. But somehow I always sit there and wonder:

Did they live a meaning life?

Death is inevitable. Why sit there and mourn about it? I know one day, people I care about will leave me. Which is why it's important cherish the days I have with them.

As for MJ, I really pity him. Weren't you a part of the group accusing him of child molest and calling him "Wacko Jacko"? Its almost ironic to listening to You're not alone.

And suddenly you have people/celebrities saying how devastated they were and losing sleep over his death? 你唔好再誇張D?

Yes. MJ's personal life was troubled and with fame comes subversion. But he also made numerous contributions to charity as well as to the music industry.

Next time, you attempt to make personal attacks at someone or be nasty for the sake of being nasty, bear in mind - apologies are always accepted but never that meaningful at funerals.

During lunch, Iris told us about a friend's friend planning to move to Egypt to marry a guy she met online (but never in person).

And this is supported by another couple who also met on msn, she moved to Canada for the guy and they lived happily ever after.

I started giggling. Because 1st thing that came to mind is -
"He's Just Not That into You"! LOL



Remember - all those stories you hear are exceptions.

Half of the time, I can't tell whether we are really 和音 or 走音. But since we all paid our tuition, we shall suffer together! LOL

S.H.E. Concert @ Venetian

Jessic got free tickets for S.H.E.!

I was pretty excited because the last time I was in Macau, Fisherman's Wharf was still under construction.

From the pics, you can tell we are not sitting that close to the stage. But if we were to paid for it, it would cost $600! And the arena was pretty full too!

This tells you how many fans S.H.E. has.



They totally deserve the popularity though. I love this band!



And they will alway remind me of my days in Charlotte. Wei, my best buddy used to play their music non-stop in his car. Only he needs to stop trying to sing like them. LOL

Picked up a Father's Day gift, saw S.H.E. and had Fatburger.

I"m a happy woman. =)

Speedy Scandal (極速緋聞)

I don't think I've ever been to a movie in HK where the audience was LOL-ing together the entire time. The guy next to me was cracking up so badly that he choked on popcorn. LOL

Anyway, the point is you guys have to go watch this movie .

Attended the 2nd training session for the East Asia Games.



One of the guest speakers today shared his previous volunteering work at the BJ Olympics. He was quoting alot of inspirations but this one hit me.

Logically, I know. We all know. Living life to the fullest, right? But 90% of the time it's about getting our hearts to agree.

We all want that next career move.
Finding the right person.
Going on vacation.
Trying something new.
The next breakthrough.
We just want to be happy.

Po Toi Island (蒲苔島)

The island is famous for its rock formations, such as the Buddha Hand rock, Coffin rock, the Turtle rock as well as the deserted Mansion of Family Mo, (巫氏廢宅) (supposedly haunted).








It is said that the island used to produce dried seaweeds (苔), which were shaped like the cattail hassock (蒲團) used by the monks for sitting; therefore the island is called 蒲苔島.






But as you can see, we got too carried away posing for the camera. So you guys will have to google for more info! haha

- 2-hour hardcore db practice at Aberdeen.
- Paid a HK$ 75 tuition fee for 鬥地主 101.
- Went to Noah's Ark with the Umich gang.
- Did Wannabe, Britney, and Eternal Flames with Lydee & Yannie.
- Hosted 星星同學會 at my place until 4am.

I am now heading to Wellcome because these grouches cleared everything in my fridge, including milk and mooncake!!!

Since mom and dad went to SZ, Carmen and Tessa came over to my place to hang out last night.

Tessa loves to ask about my love life, every single time.

S: Nothing.
T: Still? Not even a crush?
S: Nope.
T: Come on, everyone has a crush.

They didn't seem to believe me. And I don't blame them.
It is pretty sad to not even have a crush...

So I gave it some thought this morning, while watching a re-run of My Girl on cable. According to Joo Yoo Rin if you count to 5 in the elevator, you'll see the person you want to see.

So I tried it on my way to the office.

And out came the uncle who lives on the 30/F!!! HAHAHAHA
Maybe I'm destined to be an uncle killer? LOL

Anyway, Sandee also happens to be a crush-less loser who needs to get back to work now. For some of you - enjoy the day off. =)
